NAPAFIX is a great shop tool to give my technicians some much needed help in this ever changing automotive world, but what really excited me as a shop owner was the obvious potential of their "preventive maintenance plan".
I would pay the monthly fee for this feature alone. The way the "plan" is formatted gives my counter staff & myself an excellent sales tool to present to my customers. It's displayed in a friendly, professional manner with not only a schedule of maintenance at any given interval, but a detailed explanation of each service/part. This plan is an excellent way of both educating your customers and helping in building better relationships. It shows we are doing our part to stay current to better serve both their and their vehicle needs. It gives us the tools we desperately were looking for to transform our business from a traditional "repair shop" to a better managed "maintenance facility". We should all realize by now to stay successful in this business, that needs to be our focus.
I've only subscribed to NAPAFIX for a month, but already have seen a substantial increase in average invoice sales created directly from the NAPAFIX program. You can quite easily cover your monthly fee in any given day.
